This is a pair of oversize flattop pens from the 1920s. One has the Wearever signed clip and the other has the Pioneer clip.
You will notice on this Pioneer clip the small DK mark near the top. The DK stood for David Kahn.
Various Wearever and Pioneer pens from the 1930s. When the buyers wanted streamlined pens, Wearever supplied them.
You can see 3 different production methods used in these pens. The center pen was made from tubes using an end cap.  The Pioneer was made from a tube and was drawn together at the end. The pen on the right was made in one piece from a rod.
Pacemakers and model 100s from the 1940s. These were among the best pens ever produced by Wearever in quality and writing performance.
1950s Wearever pen. While the quality was excellent on these pens, they hold very little interest for collectors.
